Tried contacting support!

This program tracks people as stated, but it has an enormous battery drain problem... Like 1% every five-ten minutes. Their website says that when the program is set on "driving only" that it will only lose 3% every several hours.

I emailed support more than 10 days ago at the address listed on the app page, and Ive heard nothing back. They shouldnt say on their app page that they reply to "everybody" if they dont do it.

I want my money back for this expensive but useless app!
